Compañero Juan Segovia Escudero
Secretary General of the Continental Committee of the Anti-imperialista League of the Américas
Apartado 2317
Mexico, D.F.

My very appreciated compañero:

We received yesterday the kind communication you have addressed to us in your position as Secretary General of the Continental Committee of the Anti-imperialista League of the Américas dated on the 6th of the present month and through which you let us know that compañero Jorge Contreras is on his way to Germany duly accredited to discuss with the Council of the International Anti-imperialist League everything relative to our travels to Berlin so that we may arrange with the said Council all that is related to the tour of anti-imperialist action that was proposed to us by that Continental Committee, and which we have accepted when that Continental Committee manifested to us that the offer is standing in all its parts, in such a way that the said European and Latin American tour brings cohesion to the anti-imperialist fighters over a mass action at the world and continental scale.

Attached to your communication we received copy of the Declarations made by that Committee dissipating the libellous versions that the Yankee imperialists and their agents have circulated around our anti-imperialist struggle in Nicaragua.

We remain in waiting for you to issue the reports you will obtain in regard to the resolutions of the Council of the International Anti-imperialist League since from our part we are in the best disposition so that our members give service to the struggle that we have established against imperialism and its agents and we inform you that you will soon have the declarations showing the actual situation of Latin America facing Yankee imperialism.

With the expression of our fraternal affection.

PATRIA Y LIBERTAD
