Americas
Post Office 613
Mexico City
Esteemed Compañero:
We are pleased to acknowledge receipt of your kind note dated on January 31 of this
year through which it was manifested to us that the Continental Committee of the
Anti-Imperialist League of the Americas considers standing the offer made to us by the
World Anti-Imperialist League to realise a tour of anti-imperialist propaganda, of
agitation and of denouncing the governments of Latin America countries that have submitted
to imperialism, having as basis the resolutions adopted by the Frankfurt Congress,
providing to this affect the necessary elements.
As integrating part and genuine representative of the World Anti-Imperialist League,
the Continental Committee of the Anti-Imperialist League of the Americas has extended us a
formal invitation for the immediate realisation of such a tour proposing that we travel to
the city of Berlin with the purpose of discussing within the Committee of the World
Anti-Imperialist League the plan, the itinerary, etc., of the above mentioned tour.
Considering that the honouring invitation extended to us by the World Anti-Imperialist
League is now reiterated by this Continental Committee of the Anti-Imperialist League of
the Americas in representation of the former, and taking into consideration that such an
invitation is in the interest not only of the anti-imperialist struggle in Nicaragua and
in Latin America but also in that of the struggle of the oppressed of the world., we do
not waiver in accepting the wishes of such important anti-imperialist organisations, we
manifest to you at the same time that we will make our travels to Berlin when the World
Anti-Imperialist League orders it to us, given our capacity as members of the Council of
this organ we consider it our unavoidable duty to attend to its wishes and instructions.
We gladly accept the invitation of the World Anti-Imperialist League for the
significance that it involves and we reserve ourselves the proposing to its Council in the
city of Berlin the imperative necessity of rekindling our armed struggle against Yankee
imperialism once the proposed tour is accomplished.
With a demonstration of our most high consideration, we remain fraternally against
Yankee imperialism and for the union of the peoples of the Americas.
